Inspection

We open returns in the order they arrive at 1583 COURTHOUSE RD, CATLETT, VA 20119-2417. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.

How long a refund takes to show

Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.
